About Us
Micah Nepal is a registered non-governmental organisation in Nepal based in Lalitpur. Micah Nepal has been established with a lot of efforts by like-minded community leaders and working on Holistic Transformation in Nepal since 2004. Micah Nepal foundation is based on “to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly.” Micah Nepal has been working on Community transformation, peace and reconciliation, disaster management and gender in Nepal for more than a decade.
Our Mission
To equip, empower and motivate communities in collaboration to bring holistic transformation of poor and vulnerable communities through development, relief, care and advocacy.
Micah Nepal pursues the mission through the following three approaches:
- Capacity strengthening of Micah Nepal members and partners about holistic transformation.
- Facilitate community and local government for holistic transformations.
- Influence for changing unjust systems and structures in the favor of poor and vulnerable.
Our Vision
Micah Nepal strives to see that individuals and communities in Nepal are free from poverty; they are holistically transformed; and can achieve the God given potentials.
